We would usually provide a summary of data held free of charge. However, we may charge for a request if your request for access is noticeably unfounded or excessive. We will aim to respond to requests within 30 days.
Where we process personal data based on your consent, you will have the right to withdraw consent at any time. We do not usually process personal data based on personal consent only as we usually collect personal data as part of our contractual obligations when providing services.
We want to ensure your personal data is kept up to date and accurate. We will aim to make any amendments / corrections to your personal data within 30 days.
As well as the rights of access and amendments referred to above, there are also other rights in relation to personal data we hold which include the right to deletion, restrict or objection to processing of personal data and the right to portability.
